For this particular design, I combined two powerful crystals for protection and warding off curses – Bronzite and Black Tourmaline.

Bronzite is quite effective against curses. Bronzite gemstone returns the curses, ill wishing or the spells back to its source and eradicates the problems. Take note that the negative energy bounces back to you again, causing an ongoing bounce back and forth. To stop this, use this stone in combination with another strong psychic protection stone rather than using it alone. My favorite stone that has crystal properties for both psychic protection and grounding is Black Tourmaline, and it is good combined with Bronzite to simply break the connection. These stones are excellent to use to grid a room, as they will cleanse the area of negativity, as well as being very protective. Black Tourmaline is the strongest protection crystal in the mineral kingdom.

METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF BLACK TOURMALINE

Black Tourmaline, also known as Schorl, an iron rich aluminum borosilicate which often contains other impurities. Black Tourmaline is frequently found as shards embedded in Clear Quartz.

Black Tourmaline is a stone of purification, cleansing the emotional body of negative thoughts, anxieties, anger, or feelings of unworthiness. It helps in overcoming drug addiction and helps let go of suicidal thoughts and self-harming tendencies. It might be helpful in treating compulsive or obsessive behaviours as well as relinquishing chronic worry. It relieves panic attacks, particularly those brought on by enclosed, dark spaces or by frightful surroundings. This stone aids in protecting you from other people’s and your own jealously.

Black ONYX vs. Black OBSIDIAN vs. Black TOURMALINE

Black OBSIDIAN is easy to identify due to its grayish/greenish/rainbow sheen. Both Black ONYX and Black TOURMALINE are black stones. But using a digital scale, black TOURMALINE is heavier than black ONYX (if you weigh onyx & tourmaline bracelets with same bead size and number of beads). Black ONYX is usually perfect while black TOURMALINE may sometimes have tiny or hairlike fissure or crevice since it’s more brittle. TOURMALINE is also more expensive since it is sold per gram. It’s also important to ask for the seller’s “return policy” to keep you protected.
